| Nicole "Slick Nick" Acree was born on the westside of Chicago Il. 2 Margaret and Ira Acree. She always loved music, music runs in her family, so it was predestined for her to do music. Slick has two idols..the late and great Aaliyah Dana Haughton and Chester "Lyfe" Jennings. Slick sang her 1st solo/duet @ the age 6. Slick started writing her own material at 10 years old and write for others now. She started rapping at 12. SNow lick is learning how to make her own beats now. Slick organized her own group in 2005 which was called JEENYUZ (Genius) but it only lasted briefly, so Slick decided 2 go solo and jus do her. But it was only until' late 2006 that vision of starting her own record label was revealed. MWM (Music With Meaning) Records was developed and now. MWM IS A LABEL THAT WAS FOUNDED BY NICOLE "SLICK NICK" ACREE LATE 2006, AND GOT IT'S BIG BOOST IN 2007. MWM, SIMPLY MEANS MUSIC WITH MEANING. MWM MAKES MUSIC THAT HAS A MESSAGE BUT AT THE SAME TIME, MUSIC YOU CAN ENJOY. MWM IS A LABEL RAN OVERALL BY TEENAGERS, WHERE THEY TAKE ON THE BIG ROLES, LIKE ROAD MANAGER, PRESIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT, AND OF COURSE THE CEO. MWM LIVE AND BREATHE MUSIC AND IS READY TO TAKE OVER THE NATION!
